Description:The Institute was part of the Sutton Dwellings Trust estate built in Trent Vale in the late 1920s. The building was on land in between Sutton Drive, Collin Road and Harpfield Road. This photograph is looking west with the houses on Harpfield Road in the background. The Trust built the Institute as a community and educational centre as well as an Estate Office in Sutton Drive. This building has been demolished and site used for William Fiske Court, a sheltered housing scheme, part of Sutton Housing Trust.
