Description:The Sutton Trust estate Office managed the housing estate built by the Sutton Dwellings Trust on the Stoke Lodge estate in the mid 1920s. The office was at the northern end of Sutton Drive, just beyond the Collin Road crossroads. The building still stands, although the frontage is much altered. Sutton Dwellings Trust built 310 affordable rent houses in an estate around Keelings Drive between 1926 and 1929. A similar estate was built in Abbey Hulton in the 1930s.
