Description:Sackville Street was known as Bedford Street until the large scale renaming of streets in the 1950s. The large terraced houses were built mostly in the 1890s. On the right is the Davenport's off licence. Along with their public houses, Davenports specialised in home sales with the slogan "Beer at home means Davenports".
