Description:This photograph shows an overall view of the front of the building, as seen from Moorland Road. Blocks A, B and C can be seen here.
Block A is the furthest left of the three buildings. It has two storeys and is one room wide by three rooms deep.
Block B is the larger, middle building. It also has two storeys, but is three rooms wide by three rooms deep, and therefore square in plan. The roof has decorated ridge tiling with finials at each point, and a front gable with three finials. There is a porch which encloses the main entrance. The top hall has decorated wooden doors and a rectangular light. The first floor has a concrete inscription which reads 'Junior Technical School'. In the centre of the gable is a coat of arms surrounded by terracotta tiling and a decorated red brick arch with two ornate keystones.
Block C is on the far right of the photograph and, like Block A, has two storeys and one room wide by three rooms deep.
