Description:Foot profile made from glazed earthenware. This pottery-making tool was used to create a foot-foot profile. It is roughly 9cm in length. The upper surface has the words 'servant's soap' inscribed on it, indicating what the tool made. Taken from Cotton's Pottery, Hanley. Taken from the Gladstone Pottery Museum Tools Collection. This object is now part of the collections at Stoke-on-Trent Museums.
