Description:This Photograph was taken at Heron Cross junction of Blurton Road, Grove Road, Heron Street and Duke Street. The chemist's ship (Mott and Co) was on corner of Duke Street and Blurton Road. Duke Street leads eventually to the railway line. The houses on both sides of the road date from the end of the 19th Century. The large house on the left still stands.
