Description:This unprepossessing building was the headquarters of the Stoke on Trent District Nursing and Home Nursing Service. it was at number 2 Marychurch Road in Bucknall. With the creation of the National Health Service in July 1948, home nursing became available to all. Local Associations have ceased to exist. The building is now a bungalow on the Marychurch Road.
