Description:This is the memorial to Josiah Wedgwood in Etruria Park. The park was opened in 1904, almost opposite Josiah Wedgwood's Etruria Works. The memorial is a drinking fountain, presented by the Shirley brothers, operators of the Etruscan Bone and Flint Mill. The fountain has white marble pillars and black basalt panels. There are jasper panels of Josiah Wedgwood and his partner Thomas Bentley. In the background are the houses on Etruria Vale Road.
