Description:Emery's Waterloo Colour works was on the corner of Grange Street and Waterloo Road in Cobridge. Robert Emery established a colour manufactory in Grange Street, Cobridge in 1840. Established in 1845, the Waterloo Works were advertised as "High Class Aerographic and Lithographic printers". The company also produced colours for use on china, earthenware and glass.
The company has moved away, but the building survived and became an antiques centre.
