Description:A view along Bew Street in Ball Green. The camera is looking south west from Bemersley Road in the area known as Cornhill. The buildings both side of the road remain much as they are in the photograph. The unmade road is now surfaced. Beyond is the higher ground of Bradeley.

On the right is the premises of M Dawson, builders and contractors, with the trade signs on the wall, at number 2, Bew Street. The building is now a dwelling. The vehicle on the left is an Austin A35 van, on the left is a Standard 10 saloon car. the Standard was built in the early 1960s.
