Preserve pot. 1984.P.871. 1935-1939. Over glaze painted earthenware. H : 100 mm.

Earthenware covered preserve pot decorated with over glaze banded pattern. The cover is pierced for the preserve spoon handle. This pattern is number A2456, first introduced in 1935.

Decorated at A. E. Gray & Co., Hanley.
