Description:Bugle is a common perennial of damp woods and meadows. It spreads by means of creeping, rooting stems.

Flowering between May and July, it can grow to a height of 30cm.

This example was found growing at Blymhill, near to Wheaton Aston in Staffordshire, by Eric Edees.
