Description:This photograph shows an electric tram and its operatives circa 1920. The conductor and the driver of the tram are wearing thick, heavy coats to guard themselves from bad weather. There is a poster on the front of the tram advertising the Theatre Royal's production of The Scarlet Pimpernel. Electric trams were used until around the mid 1920's.
