Description:'Florina' Coronation Ware trio of cup, saucer and plate by T.W. Barlow & Son, earthenware manufacturers at the Coronation Works, Commerce Street, Longton.

Thomas Waterhouse Barlow was in partnership with William Cotton as earthenware manufacturers from 1850. In February 1857 the partnership was dissolved and T. W. Barlow continued on his own. The company became T. W. Barlow & Son in 1882. In the 1920s the company was bought by Thomas C. Wild & Sons and continued under its own name as a part of the Wild group of companies. The business closed in 1940.
