Description:Ray & Procter's Garage on Commerce Street, Longton. This photograph was taken looking south-west from Commerce Street close to the corner with Stafford Street (now the Strand). The alleyway to the left of the garage was known as Garnham Place and led to a large yard, the site of which is now under the A50 and Brook Lane.
