Date:October 1964

Description:A view east from the old stone bridge which carries Bucknall Road over the River Trent. Just beyond is the threeway junction of Werrington Road (left), Ruxley Road (centre) and Dividy Lane (right). The junction has changed markedly since the 1960s. Ruxley Road no longer makes a junction, the site has become a petrol station and the houses on Werrington Road have been demolished. The houses on the right however still stand. Bucknall is on the higher land in the background.
