Description:Fegg Hayes House stood off Fegg Hayes Road. Bert Bentley recorded it as the one time home of "a Mrs Beswick (potter)".

Fegg Hayes House was two houses at one time, to the left lived Horace Francis Bell Withey who rented it from Chatterley Whitfield. Horace was the manager of the pit head baths and groundsman of the recreation center next to the Jester. Mr and Mrs Davies lived in the other side of what was known in the village as the big house.
