Description:Looking southwards along Trent Valley Road from close to the junction with Collin Road. Trent Valley Road was known as Trentham Road until the 1950s and the house at this end were mostly built after the 1930s. The two buildings on the left of the photograph however date from the 1920s. Further down on the right stood Stoke Lodge, now replaced by post-Second World War housing.
