Description:The rear of one of the houses in The Villas development seen from Hunter's Way. This is number 12, "Rosemount", one of the largest houses in the development, built on the higher ground with a view over Stoke and Boothen. The Italianate style house built in the early 1850s, still has a clay pantiled roof and original sash style windows on this side.
