Description:Colin McNeal, ceramic materials supplier on the corner of Stoke Road and Ashford Street, Shelton. The company advertised themselves as suppliers of "all materials for the Potter". Number 1 Ashford Street looks much the same today, although in a different use. In the early years of the 20th century it was the offices of the Royal London Friendly Society, a pensions and insurance company.
