Date:1842 - 1843 (c.)

Description:The public house is of square plan with two storeys and a plain tiled roof and two brick stacks. The building is rendered and has a stone plinth. The three windows have plain stone sills and drip moulded lintels. The main entrance has stone pillasters supporting a stone cornice.
A large inn sign "Forming Quart" is attached to the front of the building.
