Teapot . 1988.P.164. 1938-1939. Over glaze painted earthenware. H : 196 mm.

Earthenware teapot and cover, modelled and moulded in the form of a cockerel. The base of the vessel is formed by the legs and feet of the bird. The body of the vessel forms the wing section of the bird, the spout forms the neck and head, and the handle forms the tail features.
