Description:SylvaC sea shell bowl, pattern number 4162. SylvaC was a trade name of Shaw & Copestake and manufactured at the company's Sylvan Works, founded in 1894 by William Shaw and his uncle William Copestake. The Sylvan Works stood on Normacot Road. the company ceased manufacturing in 1982.
