Date:1958

Description:Black and white tweed wollen cloth. Dress is in a plain sheath style with short sleeves and a round neckline. Grey acetate lining, very short box jacket with three-quarter length sleeves and large collar dipping to a point at centre back. Fastening at the front with three large buttons. Red jap silk lining. Worn with a rose pink velvet cummerbund and matching cut out turban. One occasion when this outfit was worn by Lady Bagot was to open an autumn fair at Keele in November 1958.
