Description:Alerxander Scrivener (1852-1921) was an architect and partner of R. Scrivener & Sons. Their offices and family home stood on Wellesley Street, Shelton, Stoke on Trent. He was a member of the North Staffordshire Field Club from 1874 and President in 1885.
