Description:This photograph was taken looking southwards along St Matthew Street in Fenton. The kilns and workshops of the Rubian Art Pottery are on the right. All traces of the works have been removed and the land is now bungalows and sheltered housing. This was originally the site of the Lane Delph Pottery dating from the 1780s, becoming the Rubian Works in 1906 and then part of Grimwades from around 1913.
