Description:In the foreground is the valley of the Causley Brook with the relocated Hanley High School buildings in the background. Opened in 1952 the school was on Corneville Road. The buildings have been demolished. This photograph was taken from Malthouse Road looking eastwards. The brook starts up on Wetley Moor and flows into the River Trent just south of Bucknall Road.
