Vase. 1983.P.185. 1932. Over glaze painted earthenware. H : 166 mm.

Earthenware slip cast basket vase with modelled handle. Decorated with an over glaze painted floral pattern. This item is part of the 'Le Bon Dieu' range, an unpopular design of Clarice Cliff's, due to the unusual shapes created. The pattern is known as 'Nasturtium'. This basket originally would have had a cover.
