Description:The men in this picture are simulating an accident on the train lines serving Shelton Bar steelworks. The rescuers, Frank and Jack Chevin appear to be attempting to lift the casualty without touching the rails. It is likely that this was part of a safety training event held at Shelton Bar on the 13th September 1962.
