Description:This was the old vicarage, Glebedale, at the junction of Glebedale Road and Christchurch Street in Fenton. Immediately behind is the edge of the spoil tip of Glebe (Fenton) Collieries and Brickworks. The land behind the vicarage used to be Fenton Cricket Club, but by the 1940s it had been buried by then spoil tip. The house, which later became part of Thorley's Pottery, has been demolished, the tip landscaped and this is now on the edge of Glebedale Park.
