Description:the camera is looking up Frank Street from close to the junction with London Road in Stoke. At the top is Liddle Street and behind, the houses on Hunters Way. On the left is a typical corner shop and just a little way up is the old site of Old betty Plants Toffee works. In 1912 these premises were occupied by Albert John Plant, who had set up the company. Almost opposite is Olicana Hosue, the residence of Dr Hutchinson Hopwood, physician and surgeon, in 1912.
