Description:H & R Johnson's Eastwood Tileworks was at the northern end of Eastwood Road in Hanley. The main entrance is on the right, Bernard Street (until the 1950s, named Grosvenor Street) is the road coming in from the left.The houses on the left and the works have been demolished and redeveloped for housing. Notice the old gas street light by the works entrance.
