Description:Looking east along Slaney Street from its junction with Occupation Street. Duke Street is at the bottom. The houses on the right date from the 1870s. The left hand side was built up more slowly. This end, including the shop was complete by 1880 but the bottom end into Duke Street dates from 1900 to 1920. The view is little changed today.
