Description:The Stuart Ceramic Tile works was on Davenport Street close to the roundabout at Trubshawe Cross. The houses on the extreme right hand edge of the photograph were on Newcastle Street (now demolished). The company has been dissolved and factory demolished and replaced with modern industrial and commercial buildings.
