Description:The Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, built in 1868, was on High Street, Goldenhill. It replaced a smaller, earlier chapel and could seat over 500. The red brick building which stood close to the corner with Wesley Street (now Murray Street) has been demolished. The current Goldenhill Methodist Church is almost opposite.
