Description:The view east along Church Lane from just beyond the Church with Diarmid Road off to the right. Many of the buildings have changed although the house on the corner extreme right is still the same. The wooded area to the left is now bungalows.

The school sign warns of Hanford Church of England Junior School further up Church Lane on the right. The school buildings became a nursery.
