Description:A two storey terraced house used as a dwelling as well as its shop function. The building has a plain tiled roof with a single chimney stack plus cap.
Constructed in red flemish bond brickwork, modern brick and windows now exist.
The front entrance is a plain rectangular door, aside a large shop front window. Above is a modern laminated sign that reads 'Hamil Road Tile Centre'.
