Description:Cinderhill Hall or House was a colliery manager's house. In 1923 to 1933 this was the home of Thomas Yates, manager and later Director of Mossfield Colliery. It has since been demolished and the area is occupied by housing.

The pit waste tip is that of the nearby Parkhall Colliery in Millfield Road Cinderhill Lane. Mossfield Colliery was in Adderley Green.
