Glazed Earthenware. H. 12.8 x W. 35.0 cm.

Earthenware bowl, thrown and turned by Michael Cardew, decorated by Henry Bergen at Winchcombe Pottery, Gloucestershire, England.

Slip decorated using a paper stencil, incised fleur de lis motif which has been filled in with cobalt oxide, lead glazed, base unglazed.
