Description:Factory interior with a view of a mould maker at work. Photographed by William Blake.
A photograph of a mould maker appears in a slide presentation by Blake entitled "Staffordshire Pottery".
A card, which corresponds to the image reads;
"The Mould Maker. Most pottery is now made in or on moulds, and the mould maker is a key man on the factory. He produces fresh shapes and keeps the works supplied with a sufficiency of moulds of which large quantities are used."
